Ragamuffins for 3 years to 7 years
This course is not designed to produce musical prodigies,
but develop a child’s rhythm, beginning with nursery
rhymes, repetitive stories and singing and clapping games.
The three year aim is to produce a musical ‘literacy’
which will culminate in a child wishing to learn a musical
instrument

Learning
any Instrument: 7 years to 90 years!
You can learn all orchestral and band instruments as well
as piano, drums and guitar.
Lots of our pupils follow on from Ragamuffins while others
decide to start at all ages.
It is particularily pleasing that there are a growing number
of adult beginners.
Have
a ‘try out’ session to see which instrument might
suit you best.

Playing in Bands and Orchestras
Musicale has bands and orchestras to suit every player from
complete beginners to advanced.
All
the groups produce their own concerts throughout the year.
Musical tours abroad
are arranged periodically.
The
Musicale bands and orchestras have played at the Royal Festival
Hall and twice at the Barbican.
