Welcome to Musicale
We are delighted that you have come to join us on your musical journey. We have a lot to offer at Musicale including instrumental, vocal & theory tuition from professional musicians; ensembles, wind bands and orchestras; musical theatre sessions, composing and performance workshops and a shop for hiring and purchasing instruments, sheet music, scores and accessories.
Playing a musical instrument is known to develop confidence, discipline, co-ordination, self-esteem, and academic enhancement. It is inclusive and provides opportunities immediately and in the future. But above all, it is enjoyable. A skill that gives you joy and a feeling of self-worth, whatever your age or ability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance their sight-reading and aural skills whilst playing as an ensemble. 15th April 2024 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM Musicale Homecroft Sun Lane Harpenden, AL5 4GJ Concert Orchestra meets on Monday evenings from 7.15 – 8.30pm and is for players of all orchestral instruments of Grade 4 and above [Strings, Woodwind and Brass players]. 17th April 2024 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Musicale Adult Wind Band meets on Wednesday evenings from 8 – 9pm and is conducted by Terry Veasey. It includes Wind, Brass and Percussion players of all abilities aged over 18. Many past students from Musicale who have returned from higher education or moved back to the area frequently join the band as well as those who have recently moved to the area who wish to meet new people and enjoy playing regularly in a relaxed, fun group.
