Students rehearse as part of an orchestra, wind band or sectional group, developing listening skills, rhythm, blend and musical communication. The emphasis is on ensemble experience rather than individual tuition. This course suits students who enjoy being part of a group, want to improve their musicianship, and benefit from working towards shared musical goals.

When booking multiple courses you can benefit from £20 off our summer courses (code MULTISUMMER) and £10 off the Easter courses (code MULTIEASTER). For example:

  • Booking two siblings on the Easter course can use MULTIEASTER

Eligibility

  • Students should be working at Grade 1 standard or above
  • Suitable for strings, woodwind, brass and percussion
  • Please apply for one instrument per student
