Step-Up to Music!

Step up to Music runs alongside our main music courses from 9.30am – 3.30pm, as an introduction for our younger members to instruments and music-making. This fun packed week explores music by having the opportunity to try a variety of orchestral instruments, learn about rhythm and pitch through percussion & songs and enjoy a range of genres with musical stories and games. The children are guided through a themed programme that results in a wonderful concert to their families at 3pm on the Friday, showcasing all of their hard work from the week.

Children who have just started instrumental lessons and who feel that they are not quite ready for the instrumental course, are also very welcome to apply for Step-Up to Music!
We do not accept children younger than 5 years old.
